Dr. Anthony Daffner-Milos is the owner and sole employee of A.D.M. Doctor of Physical Therapy, LLC. Dr. Anthony is cleared via Level 2 security background check and fingerprints are retained every five years, by law.

Section 435.04, Florida Statutes mandates Level 2 security background investigations be conducted on employees, defined as individuals required by law to be fingerprinted pursuant to Chapter 435, Florida Statutes.
