Exclusive Services & Investment For Your Health And The Health Of Your Loved Ones
A.D.M. offers offers exclusive services including: Accompany to doctor’s appointments, accompany to obtain lab work or other procedure, Assist with trips to supermarket and other errands, safety assessment of a residence (primary/seasonal), assist while away on vacation or holiday here in Port Royal, Naples, Marco Island, or surrounding communities, request holistic treatment, etc. A.D.M. may assist you out of town in person or via Telehealth appointment.

Services with A.D.M. are expensive but are well worth the value of your investment.
A.D.M. does not accept insurance.
Clients and patients are recommended to contact insurance companies to see if they can submit a superbill to receive reimbursement from their insurance company.
For Medicare Beneficiaries: A.D.M. offers consultation and treatment for those that have been discharged from physical therapy services covered by Medicare. A.D.M. services will be used as “Maintenance” at that time, unless specialty appointments are requested/required.

On-call services available between sessions via telephone, text, and email.
I arrange same-day house calls, when possible,including but not limited to:
- Calls for new dizziness assessment to rule out red flags, including stroke.
- Calls when family members are discharged from hospital and need help with transfers and hygiene
- Assist/Escort patients/families to procedures, assist overnight/long weekends, etc.
