No. A prescription is not required. If you have one, please provide a copy so that Dr. Anthony can communicate with your physician with a summary of your care. If you do not have one, that is fine.

Sessions are provided at your hotel, resort, vacation rental, or private residence in Naples, Marco Island, Port Royal, and surrounding communities. All necessary, fully sanitized equipment is brought directly to your accommodation.
