No. Services with A.D.M. Doctor of Physical Therapy, LLC are out of network.
How much will it cost?
Contact Dr. Anthony to discuss your needs to personalize your care and investment on your heath, even if it is a short term plan of care and investment.
Where are the services provided?
Concierge PT comes to your location whether a home, condo, townhome, apartment, hotel room, boat, gym, pool, nearby park or via Telehealth.
Do I need to supply anything?
* In person assessment and treatment: All you need is your person, comfortable clothing, and an area for Dr. Anthony to set up a sanitized portable table and Dr. Anthony will have all the necessary materials.
* If via Telehealth: To optimize your experience, have a stable wifi connection through laptop in a quiet area with little to no distractions and be able to direct the camera lens in various positions while you sit, stand, and lie down.
